Hey! I am back to blog again. Today, I would like to share about BURN program which I am in. It is a 5 weeks fitness makeover program by CANDI SOO. 5 weeks??? Yes..5 weeks with diet (DIE with a T) and exercise program. I know it is not enough for me to shred all this stubborn fat all over me in 5 weeks times, however this program is a starting point for me to get motivated and INSYAALLAH will continue the routine till i get the ideal weight for my height. You know..being short/dwaft like me, when I am fat i will looked like HUMPTY DUMPTY..very easy to get fat and unhealthy but it requires a lot of hardwork to be fit and healthy.
This program officially started on 17th January 2011. Five participants from Taman Melawati branch and a few more from other branches.Yeay! there will be one winner after 5 weeks.hmmmmmmmm I wonder who will be the winner. All of us , my BURN mate are very committed with our program eventhough sometimes we complaint but we are happy. We share a good time during our workout at the gym, share our healthy diet recipe and we motivated each other.
So far I am no longer a fan to rice, oily food, sweet drinks, fried food and to all yummy food out there. This is my favourite food nowadays....
Healthy and yummy and dont forget 3000ml of plain water everyday and your healthy snack. Other than this I will eat steamed fish/chicken breast/tofu and other protein. After a while I get used to consume this type of food and I will continue this kind of diet till....I get back to shape. CAN I? INSYAALLAH
